YAAMES Coffee: coffee concentrate on demand

An application of existing YAAMES technology

YAAMES Technology is based on a system for separate storage and controlled release. The bottle and its capsule are an application of this technology: the main container holds the liquid, while the capsule holds the preparation to be added.

YAAMES Coffee brings this system to a new use. The aim is to combine YAAMES technology with a concentrated coffee preparation, giving the user control over when the two components meet.

Two stages, one container

The image illustrates both stages of this application. Before activation, the water remains clear and the concentrate stays inside the capsule. On activation, coffee is released into the bottle, forming amber swirls before mixing with the water.

This visible transition from separation to mixing is part of the YAAMES experience. Preparing the drink becomes an action taken at the moment of a coffee break.

Liquid coffee inside the capsule

In this application, the coffee has already been extracted and prepared as a liquid concentrate. The capsule contains and releases it; mixing then takes place inside the bottle.

The coffee beans in the image recall the preparation’s origin. They accompany the product presentation: it is liquid concentrate that sits inside the capsule.

A coffee break that fits everyday life

At work or on the move, the reusable bottle serves as both the mixing and drinking container. The coffee application opens possibilities for cold drinks prepared with water.

Recipes adapted to milk or a plant-based drink can also be explored. Strength, dose volume and mixing proportions are defined according to the chosen concentrate and intended drink. Conditions of use and storage are specific to each formulation.

An opportunity for coffee professionals

For coffee brands, concentrate producers and packaging manufacturers, YAAMES Technology provides an existing foundation for developing this experience. Collaboration can cover formulation, dose adaptation, capsule filling and integration into the way consumers prepare their drinks.
