Non-contractual concept view · Geometry may evolve for each application

Understand the system at a glance.

The prototype combines a main container, an independent capsule positioned beneath the cap and a release interface leading to the liquid. The preparation remains physically separate until the user activates the system.

01 · Storage
A removable capsule receives the dose before use.
02 · Separation
The capsule isolates the preparation from the liquid during transport and storage.
03 · Activation
The mechanism brings the preparation into contact with the liquid at the chosen moment.
04 · Validation
Leak-tightness, dosing, materials and compatibility require qualification for each application.

Start with usable capsule volume, interface dimensions and contact materials. These values must be confirmed for the selected configuration. Cycle life, release accuracy and compliance require supporting test documentation.

An R&D journey documented by a Swiss patent.

Swiss patent CH 712 853 B1

Benoît Yogo is the inventor and owner of this patent relating to an earlier container closure incorporating a capsule. It is a verifiable milestone in the development of YAAMES technology.

The current design has since evolved to meet user and industrial production requirements. This presentation does not claim that the patent automatically covers the current architecture.

Two components kept separate.
A mixture activated at the chosen moment.

The dose is stored in a compartment separate from the liquid. At the point of use, a user action opens the transfer interface and brings the two components into contact.

1

Protect

The dose is stored in a separate compartment, protected from moisture and premature mixing.

2

Command opening

The user action triggers the release interface at the point of use.

3

Transfer

Opening the capsule places the dose in communication with the liquid in the container.

A new way
to prepare your drink.

The bottle and its capsule combine personalization, ease of use and preparation at the chosen moment.

Discover the bottle

One technology.
Multiple markets.

Four application areas, with their proposed uses and qualification points. Each integration requires validation for the selected formulation and container.

01 Nutrition & hydration

Prepare a drink at the chosen moment.

A separate capsule offers a route to releasing vitamins, electrolytes or concentrates into a reusable bottle or another beverage container.

To qualifyUsable volume, dissolution, cleaning and formulation compatibility. Beverage-contact materials and supporting compliance documents must be specified.

02 Professional cleaning

Pair a concentrate with its dilution container.

A potential integration into a sprayer or tank: keep the concentrate separate, then trigger its transfer before use.

To qualifyDilution ratio, viscosity, chemical resistance of parts and seals, leak-tightness and handling. Compatibility must be assessed with the selected cleaning product.

03 Water treatment

Release an agent into water when needed.

An application to explore for adding a treatment or remineralization agent to a container, with the dose kept separate until activation.

To qualifyDose, mixing and contact time for the selected formulation. The mechanism transfers an agent; it does not by itself demonstrate purification performance or drinking-water safety.

04 Industry & agriculture

Introduce an additive into a tank.

A development opportunity for maintenance preparations or compatible agricultural additives, starting from a clearly defined use case and container.

To qualifyVolume, viscosity, temperature, possible pressure and material resistance. Geometry and operating conditions must be qualified for each integration.

Designed to become a component of your product.

Adaptable

Geometry, dose volume and interface can be configured for your container.

Physical separation

The preparation and the liquid occupy distinct compartments until activation.

Industrializable

Development covers the transition from prototype to a design suitable for volume manufacturing.

  2. 02

    Adaptation

  4. 04

    Industrialization

Production design and definition of the collaboration and supply model.

How is a collaboration defined?

The starting point is an integration study: requirements, mechanism adaptation, a prototype and a test plan. Deliverables and responsibilities are defined for each project.

Any potential license must identify the specific rights or know-how involved, permitted uses and scope of the agreement. A reference to the earlier patent CH 712 853 B1 alone does not define a license for the current architecture.

A platform for the next generation of beverage packaging.

YAAMES helps brands explore products in which an ingredient remains separate from the liquid until the consumer chooses to activate it.

Beverage brands

Create a visible activation moment for functional drinks, flavor concentrates and other compatible formulations.

Packaging manufacturers

Evaluate an adaptable dosing closure for bottles, reusable containers and new packaging concepts.

Innovation teams

Move from a defined use case to compatibility studies, a prototype and preparation for scale-up.

How to use
the YAAMES bottle.

01

Prepare

Fill the main container with the compatible liquid intended for the application.

02

Keep separate

Store the compatible preparation in the integrated capsule until it is needed.

03

Activate

Trigger the mechanism at the chosen moment to release the preparation into the liquid.

Each formulation must be assessed for compatibility, shelf life, dosage and safety before use.

Understand the YAAMES system.

What is YAAMES technology?

A mechanical system that stores a dose separately from a liquid and releases it at the chosen moment. This separation helps protect the preparation until it is used.

Which products can it be integrated into?

In a bottle, beverage container, cleaning tank, mobile water-treatment solution or industrial application requiring a small dose activated on demand.

Does YAAMES support industrial projects?

Yes. Development can include defining the need, adapting the mechanism, producing a prototype and preparing for industrialization.
